How Billing Works

Simple pricing, no surprises

AI Assist — +$0.10 per ticket

A flat $0.10 is added when AI assists with a ticket. Once active, AI can send unlimited replies within that ticket — no per-message charges. If your team handles it manually, there is no AI charge.

Resolution — +$0.50 per ticket

A $0.50 charge applies when AI runs automations on a ticket — order lookups, returns, workflows, and more. Resolutions must be confirmed before they are billed. Unconfirmed or rejected resolutions are not charged.
